I would like to thank you and your crew for the excellent floor installation and project turn-around completed last month. As you know, I’ve had work done by the big national epoxy floor company in the past, and I can tell you that your workmanship and project delivery is far superior.

What impressed me most was your ability to turn this large, 40,000 sq. ft. project around with minimal disruption to our production. With your help in the careful planning and phasing of work, I managed to keep production up and running, which was crucial considering the continued growth of our business. You folks stuck to our agreed schedule and managed to help me deal with a few changes along the way.

Obviously, the most important factor that made this all work smoothly was the skill and work ethic of your installation crew. They worked as hard and as diligently as any construction crew I’ve had in here, and they were very cooperative and a pleasure to work with. As we continue to grow and expand throughout this large facility of ours, I’ll be calling on you to resurface more of our floors here. Thanks again for the great job.
